  • We believe that whoever authors content is the holder of the intellectual property and copyright of that content. If you create it, you own it and by putting that content on Journey Makr you agree to allowing us to use it for advertising purposes. We will never sell or copy your work and you are free to add, edit and remove your content as you see fit.

    The IP and copyright will be owned by Journey Makr for all content we create. As the platform provider, we do have certain legal requirements to abide by which may change from time to time. If we are required to modify or amend any content to remain compliant then we will do so. If you disagree then you are welcome to remove any modified content in its entirety but you may not return it to a state where we become liable under law for the content.

  • Our customers pay us an annual subscription to curate, host and maintain their guide. We also charge a small transaction fee from every booking that’s made to cover our platform costs.

  • Absolutely. At no time are you tied to Journey Makr. Our goal is to foster a community that makes our platform so compelling that you never want to leave us!

  • Your Guide will have its own secret URL that will not be referenced or searchable on Google. Guests will be able to access you Guide only when you send them the URL or QR code before or during their stay. You also have the option to add your own secret local tips and make them private for your Guide only.
